Tony’s No-Cook Pizza Sauce
Ingredients: Any brand of San Marzano 28 oz crushed tomatoes 6 oz tomato paste 1 Tbsp minced garlic 2 tsp salt 2–3 Tbsp EVOO 6–8 fresh basil leaves, torn optional ½ tsp oregano Directions: Mix everything together until smooth. Taste and adjust salt. Let sit 10–15 minutes before using. Great for dipping cheese bread!
